Post Registered in Malaysia

I love sending out parcel but problem is that the registered post I send out is return to me. I mean the postman came to my place and ask if this is send out. Obviously it is because I written front TO and at the back is FROM!

They can read right? Anyway the post office I used is at SS15 Subang Jaya the main Post Office. How can they screwed up?

Lucky the postman told me that he will send back to office to resend.
